商品介绍
Introduction:
Steel-plastic geogrid is a major geosynthetic material. High-strength steel wires (or other fibers) are specially treated and combined with polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and other additives are added. Through extrusion, it becomes a composite high-strength tensile strip. If the surface has rough embossed patterns, it is a high-strength reinforced geotextile strip. From this single strip, through longitudinal and transverse weaving or clamping arrangement at a certain spacing, and using a special enhanced bonding fusion welding technology to weld the intersection points to form a shape, it is a steel-plastic geogrid.
Product characteristics:
The tensile force of the steel-plastic geogrid is borne by the high-strength steel wires woven longitudinally and transversely. It generates a high tensile modulus under low strain capacity. The longitudinal and transverse ribs work together to give full play to the interlocking effect of the geogrid on the soil. The steel wires of the longitudinal and transverse ribs of the steel-plastic geogrid are woven into a net longitudinally and transversely, and the outer wrapping layer is formed in one step. The steel wires and the outer wrapping layer can work in coordination, and the elongation at break is very low (not more than 3%). The main stress-bearing unit of the steel-plastic geogrid is the steel wire, with a low creep variable.Through the treatment of the plastic surface during the production process, rough patterns are pressed to enhance the roughness of the geogrid surface and increase the friction coefficient between the steel-plastic geogrid and the soil. The width of the steel-plastic geogrid can reach 6m, achieving an efficient and economical reinforcement effect. The high-density polyethylene used in the steel-plastic geogrid can ensure that: it will not be eroded by acids, alkalis, salt solutions or oils at room temperature; it will not be damaged by water dissolution or microorganisms. At the same time, the high-molecular properties of polyethylene are sufficient to resist the aging caused by ultraviolet radiation. After the geogrid is stressed, the longitudinal and transverse ribs work together, and the joints will not be torn or damaged. In actual projects, after the filling is compacted, it is not eroded by ultraviolet light and oxygen. Therefore, it can fully meet the requirements of reliable engineering construction.
